From long runs to Sturgis  to short dinner rides along the Oregon Coast, you’re always among friends when you join the Coos Bay Chapter of the Harley Owners Group.

There’s a certain feeling of accomplishment when you’re part of 20, 30 or more Harley riders taking good cheer to the vets at the VA Hospital in Roseburg. Or wrapping yourself in a warm day on the way to a HOG picnic.

Want to improve your riding capabilities? From fast-stopping practices to classes for learning emergency care and CPR to proper group riding techniques, HOG Chapter 2137 offers it all. And then there are longer runs. Many members have been to Sturgis. Not once, but multiple times. Many made their way back to Milwaukee for the Hundredth Anniversary of Harley-Davidson. From runs to Florence for a cup of chowder to Willits, CA for a weekend Skunk Train trip we do it all.

Check out the ride board at Highway 101 H-D in Coos Bay to see where the Friday dinner ride is going or what time to meet on Sunday for a run to ???

Showing up at club events earns HOG Bucks. Riding and wearing club colors earns even more. They add up quick and after our December Chapter meeting spend them on anything from H-D paraphernalia to hats, shirts, mugs, toys, clocks, etc.

Not a bad deal for $18 per year.
