From long runs to Sturgis to short dinner rides along the Oregon Coast, you’re always among friends when you join the Coos Bay Chapter of the Harley Owners Group.
There’s a certain feeling of accomplishment when you’re part of 20, 30 or more Harley riders taking good cheer to the vets at the VA Hospital in Roseburg. Or wrapping yourself in a warm day on the way to a HOG picnic.
Want to improve your riding capabilities? From fast-stopping practices to classes for learning emergency care and CPR to proper group riding techniques, HOG Chapter 2137 offers it all. And then there are longer runs. Last year was packed with great riding and socializing with fellow riders, as we joined together to honor our veterans in Roseburg, led the Cruise-the-Coos parade, celebrated the 4th of July in Winston, camped at Ten Mile, co-sponsored the Lighthouse Run, rode to Sturgis and Milwaukee and to Street Vibrations together, and generally found dozens of other excuses to meet and ride throughout the year.
Check out the ride and coming events board in the service area at Highway 101 H-D in Coos Bay or the calendar on this site to see where the next ride is going.
Not a bad deal for $18 per year.
